By using this site you agree to VnC Cocktails Ltd's terms of use. If you do not agree with our terms of use please do not use this site. We have designed these terms of use to be as fair as possible while upholding all regulations around the SALE OF LIQUOR ACT.

Legal Regulations

It is illegal for us to sell or supply liquor to anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18 it is also illegal for you to purchase alcohol or falsify your age in order to buy alcohol.

By submitting an order on our website and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and legally allowed to buy liquor.
VnC Cocktails Ltd operates under Liquor License number 007/OFF/038/2009.
We promote the safe consumption of alcohol. Please enjoy responsibly.

Prices

All of the prices on our website are inclusive of GST and are quoted in the mighty New Zealand dollar.

Delivery & Freight

There is no minimum order.

We won't restrict you to buying case lots of one flavour - Mix and Match your order however you like.

If we are out of stock of an item you have purchased we will inform you as soon as possible and either refund your money for that product or let you replace it with something else.

VnC Cocktails use TOLL Ipec as our courier for all deliveries.

Freight prices

Free shipping on all full case (6xbottles) orders and above. For orders less than 6 bottles freight pricing is:

• North Island: $5.50 ex GST
• South Island: $8.60 ex GST

We deliver to mainland locations only, except by special request.

Target Delivery Times

We know you'll be pretty excited to get your goodies as quickly as possible so we work hard to get your order on its way ASAP.

The team at our cocktail warehouse process and dispatch orders same or next day.
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in Stock will ship on the following working day. NB. Cut off times are a guide and do occasionally change from time to time.

Once your order has been dispatched please allow the following times: (working days)

• North Island: 1-2 days
• South Island: 3-5 days

We deliver to mainland locations only, except by special request.

If you can't wait for your cocktails to arrive and want us to give you an update on where it is then just contact us with your Order Number and we'll Track & Trace it for you. Please view our Delivery page for target delivery times.

Payment options

We only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Returns Policy

If it's broken or damaged in transit we'll replace it or give you your money back and we won't even charge you the freight! Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

If you're disappointed with the goods we'll endeavour to replace it or give you your money back.

If you have any problems at all please contact us and we'll help sort the matter.
Please note that goods are insured up to the point of delivery. We are not insured for damaged or stolen goods after this point.

Privacy & Security

The privacy and security of your details is important to us. We know that entering personal information on the internet can be concerning. Rest assured that any details you submit, either for orders or to join our mailing list, will never be sold or distributed to third parties. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link at the foot of the email or by contacting us.

Processing your credit card details safely and securely is top priority for us. We put into practice what we expect when we go online shopping. We use the best in the business to process your transactions - DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) who offer a secure payment gateway. VnC Cocktails Ltd doesn't see or hold your credit card details. We are shown the first six and last two digits of your number purely to identify your order before we can send the goods.

For those of you who are enrolled we can offer additional security via the Verified By Visa and Mastercard Securecode schemes.

Any personal information you submit is securely transferred using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption. The information submitted is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When you access parts of our site secured with SSL, a symbol displays in your browser window indicating that the site is secure.
